Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The returned product can be used (to see if it works for your specific condition or not), but without visible damage (scratches, marks, etc.) and with its original packaging in which it arrived.
For any questions regarding the return, you can always contact us at contact@eizzo.com, and we will respond within 12 hours.
Upon receipt of an item, we will inspect it within 2 business days for any damage, then we will refund the amount due if the item is in perfect condition.
Please ensure, when returning your package, that there is a note inside containing your order number and the email associated with the order placed with us.
Return Fees
We are a company that offers free international shipping. Regarding returns, we will not cover the cost of shipping labels. If a customer wishes to return their order, they are responsible for producing and paying for the shipping label. We will only be responsible for providing the return address and will not pay any additional fees.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return is successfully delivered. This means it is recommended to use tracking as we are not responsible for lost parcels. If the return is lost in transit, we will not proceed with the refund as the order was never returned to us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (such as special orders, bulk orders, or customized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipped Orders
Please note that all our orders are shipped immediately and in some cases, after shipping, an order may be held by the delivery company until we provide them with additional information about the customer. This may be necessary due to shipping regulations in the customer's country.
When an order is placed, we may need more details from the customer and if they refuse to provide them, delivery will not be possible. If the customer requests a refund under these circumstances and their order has already been shipped to the carrier but is currently pending, unfortunately, we cannot refund the full cost of the product.
In such cases, we will deduct the shipping costs we incurred to send the order from our warehouse. Although we generally cover shipping costs for customers, if a customer refuses to provide the requested information (thus preventing delivery), they become responsible for shipping costs at that time. These fees will be deducted from their refund.
Cancelled Orders
Please note that if a customer places an order and then decides to cancel it, there is no guarantee of receiving a refund. This is due to the possibility that we may have already shipped the order. In cases where the order has been shipped, the customer will need to wait to receive the order, then initiate a return process to be eligible for a refund.
Delivery Failures
Please check the delivery address you entered when placing the order. If the address is incorrect and a replacement needs to be sent, replacement fees will be charged. Or, if your package was delivered but not retrieved, replacement fees will be charged. If a package is lost in transit, your situation will be brought to the attention of the delivery company and we will await their response, as they will be able to provide a replacement/refund. This is because we do not make deliveries and are not responsible for issues caused by delivery problems. The delivery company is authorized to reject or accept your refund/replacement request. The situation will depend solely on their policy and not ours.
If the delivery company attempts delivery and you do not successfully coordinate with us/them to receive the package, we will not be responsible for refunding you, the customer will be fully responsible for this situation. It is your responsibility to ensure that your address can receive the package and that you provide the correct details.
In the event that a customer changes their address, we cannot guarantee that this will occur, meaning delivery will be attempted at any address listed in the system under your name and if you are not present we will not be held responsible. We will not be obligated to issue a refund if this occurs. We will do our best to resolve the situation but we will not be held responsible.
Please ensure your contact information is correct when making payment and we do not recommend entering temporary addresses as we will not be held responsible if you move from said address and the package is delivered. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments as we do not ship the parcels ourselves, so you will not be refunded in this circumstance.
Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return, and will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and also post the refund. For security reasons, we are only able to refund the card used for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment processed, the customer has the right to cancel their order at any time before shipping. To cancel an order, the customer must contact us as soon as possible via our customer service channels.
If the cancellation request is received before the order is shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to the customer. However, if the order has already been shipped, the customer will need to return the product to us in accordance with our return policy.
We recommend requesting any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of ordering.
Please note that expedited shipping fees or other supplements will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
