SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, we only ship within United Kingdom. The delivery time is 7 to 12 days (Monday to Saturday).

Processing time for all orders is 1 to 3 days (Monday to Saturday).

Shipping fees are currently free for all orders.

Order Changes:

Once your order is confirmed, modifications are allowed within 24 hours, and cancellations can be made during this period. If you wish to return a product, you must initiate the return process upon receipt of the item.

Item Not Received:

If you have successfully placed an order and have not yet received it but the tracking status indicates it has been delivered, you may want to contact the carrier to locate your package. Once the item is in the carrier's possession, we no longer have any control over it. If the issue persists, please contact us at contact@eizzo.com, and we will do our best to assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Sometimes, tracking information may not be available due to technical issues, preventing updates on the app. If, in such cases, you still cannot locate your item, please contact us at contact@eizzo.com, and we will help you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
